Hendy Power is set to showcase the very latest in FPT Industrial and Lister Petter engines at Lamma Show 2024 as part of its long-term plans to expand its engine supply offering to OEMs in the agricultural market.

Hendy Power brand manager Alan Reason said the show, at the NEC in January 2024, gives Hendy Power the perfect opportunity to showcase engines for both static and moving applications and talk more widely about the Hendy Power parts, servicing and support package for both FPT Industrial and Lister Petter.

“This will be our first time at Lamma and we’re looking forward to talking to existing and potential customers,” said Alan. “We have expanded our offering to this market in recent months and the addition of new engines, particularly from FPT Industrial and Lister Petter, puts us in a good position to support this industry.”

Hendy Power is the award-winning industrial and marine engine division of the Hendy Group, offering an extensive range of services, including new engine supply, 24-hour engine breakdown callouts, outstanding aftermarket service support, and OEM parts.

The FPT Industrial F28 engine on display demonstrates its compact Stage V engine option which offers high levels of performance up to 55kW coupled with long service intervals. Already used in a wide range of agricultural applications Alan said they are industry-leading in terms of power and size.

FPT also offers operators MYFPT, a sophisticated app which enable users to be connected to their engine data from their smartphone, offering real-time engine monitoring.

Lister Petter will also be well represented on the Hendy Power stand. After many years as a Lister Petter dealer, Hendy Power is now the UK distributor for the brand, handling sales of the latest ranges for use both in the UK and overseas power generation markets.

Visitors to Lamma will be among the first to see the latest Stage V engines from Lister Petter which are particularly suited to applications such as crop sprayers and water pumps.

“These Lister Petter engines are totally new to the market and provide the capabilities that OEMs are looking for so we’re expecting plenty of interest at Lamma,” added Alan.

“We know these engines are well-placed to cater for the requirements of the power generation market with their two-year warranty and 20,000 hours running between services, key factors when it comes to OEMs looking for best value.”

Hendy Power will be in Hall 18, stand 445 at Lamma on January 17th and 18th 2024.
